This year the tents moved to Lincoln Center, and I loved the new efficient check-in with scanners—it was just like boarding a Jet Blue flight. Looks like those bottlenecking, long-lines we used to deal with are a thing of the past. Good job Stephanie Winston!

Newport
I just got back to the city from spending some time in Newport, Rhode Island with my son Cyrus. I spent every summer of my youth in Newport with my family, and it is so wonderful to visit each summer with my son. I get to re-live some wonderful memories, and Cyrus and I get to create some new memories as well. Things I love about Newport: the roaring surf, beautiful cliffs, Rosa Rugosa growing in the garden, long days at the beach with our cousins, friends and their kids, and dinners at the Candy Store (where I had my first job).
